Meet Joanna

Our lovely Joanna is at her happiest when providing exceptional service and building relationships with our clients as well as utilising her fantastic, persuasive negotiation skills.

Due to her compassionate and kind nature, excellent communication abilities and combined with her go getter attitude we feel Joanna offers our clients with the perfect balance of service.

Her passion and motivation for her work really shines through in everything she does, and she brings a lot of enthusiasm to her role as well as willingness to complete any task to an impeccable standard, always with her huge smile of course.

Joanna oversees the negotiation of tying up sales and lets, ensuring our sales are progressing effectively as well as ascertaining property values for Sellers and Landlords.

In three words, we would describe Joanna as positive, outgoing and contentious.

Her colleagues would describe her as bubbly, helpful and thoughtful.

Joanna has a heart of gold and is regularly ensuring the team’s energy levels are kept up with endless cups tea and cake each day!

In her free time, Jo loves spending time with her son Harry, family and friends going for lovely beach walks and enjoying meals out. She also enjoys sitting in the sunshine with a nice glass of white wine or even a girly night and takeaway.

One of Joanna’s hidden talents in her ability to dance, she started dancing at the age of 3.

Top Tip to Sellers: Always be optimistic and try your best to have a positive outlook! Sometimes things don’t always go to plan, and it may not be plain sailing, however, where there’s a will, there’s a way! There will always be another solution!

The best part of my job: Meeting new people! I am such a people person and love to chat and get to know someone and hear their stories. It really helps to build rapport and make a connection, so they have the best experience with us!

The proudest moment of my career: Being told that I am an asset to Whitlocks and that I have restored their faith in estate agents! To receive such lovely feedback from clients is overwhelming and makes me feel so proud.
