Meet Montana

Montana established Whitlocks Estate Agents in the summer of 1993 on Bognor High Street, after having worked for a large corporate company since 1987.

Montana is very memorable, not just for her name but for her kind hearted and gentle nature, she is not what you consider as a typical person in business.

She is an inspiring strong woman in business and even more so an admirable Estate Agent.

Montana has always been very generous and puts others needs and feelings above her own.

Through hard work and determination, she has created a company that did not focus on targets, commission and money but instead, a reputation based on customer care, proactivity and honesty.

Her goal was to find other likeminded individuals who shared her ethos and desire to help others to continue what she started.

In three words, we would describe Montana as, inspirational, caring, driven.

Her colleagues would describe her as knowledgeable, enthusiastic, persuasive.

Over the years, Montana has shown the true essence of the word resilient and has led her team to overcome many difficult market places and always manages to come out on top.

Away from the Office, she loves spending time with her Grandson Jack and making him laugh as well as her daughter Natasha. She also enjoys gardening and growing vegetables, cooking and trying out new recipes as well as yoga and reading. Montana formally a Sports Captain, has always had a passion for sport and used to be a competing gymnast at county level as well as competing in Hockey and swimming.

Why our service is special: Because we care! The whole reason I started the company, was to provide a better service to our community, based on kindness, honest and above all integrity.

The best part of my job: Finding someone their dream home and making them happy, because it fills me with happiness to see them happy.

The proudest moment of my career: in 2019 when we celebrated my daughter Natasha’s 10 year anniversary at the company. It makes me feel so proud to see what a difference she has made and continues to make with her focused effort in creating the best team and results for our clients.
