Founded in 1993 by Montana Whitlock, Whitlocks Estate Agents was born from a simple idea: property should be about people, not just numbers. After starting her career in Bognor Regis in 1987, Montana quickly realised that many corporate agencies focused on targets over service. She wanted something different – an independent, family-run agency built on honesty, care, and fair fees.
Her fresh approach was an instant success. Clients loved the personal service and the sense of being truly valued. Over the years, Whitlocks grew through word-of-mouth recommendations and repeat business, becoming one of the most trusted agents in the area.
In 2009, Montana’s daughter Natasha joined the business full-time after growing up around the office (and even helping with envelopes and viewings as a child!). Today, Natasha leads the company with the same family values, combined with a modern outlook that has seen Whitlocks achieve record-breaking results.
