It is the first ladies’ team to be a part of Pagham FC and was created by a group of friends who wanted to have some fun, get fitter and have a kickabout together.
The training sessions proved popular and more than six years on, the current team has as many as 21 players signed up, competing in the Sussex County Women and Girls Premier League.
One of our Directors, Natasha, joined the team shortly after it formed after hearing about the club through mutual friends. She played as a defender on the squad and met some fantastic friends along the way.
The ladies are a friendly group and enjoy socialising on and off the football pitch. There is a fantastic attitude within the side in working hard for each other and consistently looking to improve themselves on the pitch. The club has a lovely family feel to it, with the playing team and coaching staff bonding with activities of the football and training pitch as well.
