Sarah joined Whitlocks Estate Agents in August 2026, bringing with her a genuine passion for property, people, and the local area. Having grown up in Ferring and lived locally for most of her life, Sarah has an excellent understanding of the coast, the South Downs, and the communities we serve.
Her interest in property goes beyond bricks and mortar. Sarah has always been fascinated by architecture, individual homes, and the stories behind them. For her, estate agency is about understanding what a home means to the people living there and helping clients navigate an important chapter in their lives.
Compassionate, thorough, and proactive in her approach, Sarah brings broad property experience alongside strong organisational and communication skills. She is comfortable managing busy workloads and multiple transactions while ensuring clients remain informed, reassured, and supported throughout the process.
Sarah’s career in estate agency began in 2020, carrying out Saturday viewings during the Stamp Duty holiday while working around her young son. From there, she gradually took on more hours and responsibility, eventually progressing to overseeing an entire department — a career journey she is particularly proud of.

Why Sarah Loves Whitlocks
“I love working at Whitlocks Estate Agents because it’s a local independent with a real personal feel. I’ve only ever worked for independent agents, so it was important to me to join a business where that personal approach and local knowledge are still at the heart of what they do.”
